About the project:

Headquartered in Los Angeles, California and founded in 1999 in Seattle, Ace Hotel operates primarily in the United States. They describe themselves as:

“Inspired by an affinity for the soulful and fuelled by our love for the hyperlocal.”

We were tasked in helping Ace Hotel London pilot a new program that will allow recreational and business travellers plan and book local experiences, making it easy for them to get to know a place through the eyes of those that live locally.

Result:

1. Created a new app where hotel guests can find their hotels bookings as well as in real time updates of activites happening around them.

2. Giving first time and leisure visitors to London a ‘like a local’ experience and enhancing their user experience by allowing them to book things to do directly from the app.

3. Allowing the user to filter results by time, price, length of event and reviews. Created a color quoted system to organize the different categories showcased, to aid in the search.
